Package: emacs
Version: 46.1
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

Has the menu file been dropped from the Emacs packages? I can no
longer start Emacs directly from fvwm, and must resort to starting an
xterm just to launch an Emacs.

Please restore this useful functionality.
