First of all, I mistyped about LMDE: I mean, I'm using MATE on Jessie,
of course.
Now, I've tried to gather more data.
- Click the Remmina tray icon, then quickly (within the double-click
timeout) click one of the items in the context menu: the item is
activated, but the main Remmina window also pops up. (This is what's
most annoying.)
- Move the mouse over the tray icon, hold the left mouse button, quickly
move the mouse over to some item in the context menu, release the
button: the item is activated, but the main Remmina window also pops up.
- Left-click the tray icon, then immediately right-click it (just for
testing purposes): the main Remmina window pops up.
However:
- Double-right-click the tray icon: nothing happens.
- Right-click the icon, then immediately left-click it: the main window
does not pop up.
- Click the tray icon (the context menu pops up). Now, double-click the
icon (intending to open the main window). It does not pop up - the
context menu disappears and then reappears again, but the main window
does not pop up.
