No, pretty much the same.

Here are some more things I have noticed after resizing the page a few times in 1.5.

I used http://lwca.org/library/articles/kh6sr/artndb10.htm. If you press page down twice and resize the page larger or smaller, you are always two screens from the top. So no matter what size you resize to, you can always press page up twice to get to the top.

So it is not the content viewed, but the number of pixels from the top that is tracked from what I can gather without looking at the code.
