Package: linux-image-4.6.0-1-amd64 Version: 4.6.2-2 When updating the package linux-image-4.6.0-1-amd64 from version 4.6.2-1 to version 4.6.2-2, post-install script printed this:
I: /vmlinuz.old is now a symlink to boot/vmlinuz-4.6.0-1-amd64 I: /initrd.img.old is now a symlink to boot/initrd.img-4.6.0-1-amd64 After that, both /{vmlinuz,initrd.img} and /{vmlinuz,initrd.img}.old point to the same kernel version, 4.6.0-1-amd64. Aren't these .old symlinks supposed to point to the previous version?
