Thanks for your contribution! NB: I am not the package maintainer - just throwing ideas here...: Hand-written man pages has a high risk of getting out of sync. I can suggest to look at help2man, for automated man page generation. Then there is the translation. Ideally upstream would a) adopt your translation, and b) support localized --help output, and c) we could then extend our help2man routine to also convert translations.
