Hello thanks for your reply and sorry my late response. My bad for not being more descriptive about what the problem is. With the version mentioned having a bug is that whenever I was calling terminator to open a shell _within_ a directory it would not obey and just open a shell in the home directory. I had problems with that either in thunar or tuxcmd. In thunar this is accomplished via a "custom action" that has as command the following: exo-open --working-directory %f --launch TerminalEmulator As soon as I downgraded to the version currently in stable (0.97-4) everything would work just fine.
