Thank you for the quick reply Vincent!  I've filed a transition to
machine-readable copyright bug...oops, I just realised that was
unecessary, since I had decided to track the confirmation in this bug
rather than in a README.source.  Sorry for the noise!

Because I've elpafied the package, elpa-yaml-mode will need to pass
through new.  Would you be willing to sponsor the upload sometime late
next week?
