Hi,

Currently we render this to pages:

  <link rel="icon" href="//favicon.png">

Unfortunately, this actually represents a protocol-relative URI
instead of an path-absolute link, causing lookups to a location
such as "https://favicon.png/"; or "http://favicon.png/";.
