It appears https://salsa.debian.org/qemu-team/qemu/commit/867a35654f3cc10b27c52e72d6921239bc0db4e6 removed this file from cloned repo. It claims DFSG as a reason. palcode-clipper is open source, and is provided by a subproject, and can be build from source very easily on Debian. Would be great to see it back (with proper from source build) in Debian. Thanks again.
