Trying to start application, from terminal prompt.

I open the database file manually and it's a valid sqlite database, contains 
some tables.

   * What was the outcome of this action?

I can't start the application. I get a message:
Unable to load file, query failed.

   * What outcome did you expect instead?

A working app.
