Seems like that this was not fixed properly or there was a regression in the mean time: 1:0.4.8.2016-4 again/still ships the mimelnk files, see https://packages.debian.org/sid/amd64/xournal/filelist /usr/share/mimelnk/application/x-xoj.desktop -- Why is it that all of the instruments seeking intelligent life in the universe are pointed away from Earth?
