I've removed those libraries (that hadn't any reverse-dependencies, in
fact) and blender still starts without any problem.

Please, provide more information about the environment you worked on so
I can possibly reproduce the issue.
But I'm quite sure there's something wrong with your setup, actually.

I see no src:lapack dependencies on the blender package, indeed.
