Hi Norbert, Are we talking about the Asymptote project? I don't know anything about Biber and don't recognize the filename bblxml. Neither does my development computer:
locate bblxml returns nothing and, in the git code, git releases, and sf releases, find . -name 'bbl*' also returns nothing. My apologies if I am misunderstanding.
