Not sure who the question is directed at but hopefully I can help clear out some confusion here. This is a ROM. Lluis is both debian (co-)maintainer as well as upstream for all the mender related components (unlike myself who only tries to help out on the debian side). Lluis has been driving the work to clean out dependencies of these deprecated components both upstream and in debian. Would be great if we can put the final nail in the coffin and get them removed. Since Lluis doesn't have the access I've now tried dak rm test run which seems to confirm there should be no blockers for the removal of golang-github-mendersoftware-mendertesting (Lluis: please note to give ftp-masters the name of the source-package, not the binary package .... unless you're asking for only a specific binary package to be removed. Normally we want source removals and that will also get all binaries removed.) Hope this helps. Regards, Andreas Henriksson
