Version: mesa: [hurd] fix FTBFS due to PATH_MAX

Currently mesa is FTBFS on hurd due to a PATH_MAX issue.
The attached patch fixes that by conditionally defining PATH_MAX on hurd.

I will also create a MR on salsa.
