Hello,

As already discussed in ITP #970428 I've been pondering packaging
v3 of what was initially called github.com/cheggaaa/pb later replaced
by gopkg.in/cheggaaa/pb.v1 (and v2) and is now again back under the
initial github.com/cheggaaa/pb import path again as both v1 and v3.

I've prepared an updated package in git[1] under the original name again
now including both v1 and the new v3. The new package
Provides, Replaces and Conflicts with golang-gopkg-chegga-pb.v1.
I've also added both import paths to debian/control and symlinked
the gopkg one to the new/original path.

I would be really happy if someone could review this and tell me
if/what I messed up.

I've personally only (so far) tested building the new upstream release
of mender-cli (v1.5.0) which needs cheggaaa/pb v3 as well as the
currently shipped debian package of mender-cli (v1.4.0) which uses
cheggaaa/pb v1 (with the original github.com/cheggaaa/pb import path).
(I will likely need to test another package which uses the gopkg.in
import path for v1 for full coverage.)

Your review comments about this would be greatly appreciated!
