Similar issue here, also with libcurl3-gnutls:amd64 (7.64.0-4+deb10u2, 7.74.0-1.2~bpo10+1):
The library is used by mpd (Music Player Daemon) to play http streams. Using the libcurl3-gnutls version mentioned above, trying to play the stream https://orf-live.ors-shoutcast.at/fm4-q2a results in exception: Failed to decode https://orf-live.ors-shoutcast.at/fm4-q2a exception: nested: CURL failed: Failed sending HTTP2 data It works when using any older version of libcurl3-gnutls.
