I'd like to  try to adopt this package.

I think I can start the adoption from solving the problem of uscan, which I
saw on the Developer Information page.
Do you have already some info/idea/limitations ... for the solution?

>From my understanding,  the upstream tarball should be got from
github/dmgerman/ninka.
And at moment it should be from version 1.3.2
But there is no  tag/treeid/tarball... for 1.3.2 in the repository.
Would it be a good idea by sending an email to ask dmgerman?
