Dear Maintainer,

hostapd 2.9 supports airtime policies for improved performance. For
example, prioritisation of specific devices, and balancing or
limiting of groups of devices. Please allow users to enable it
by setting CONFIG_AIRTIME_POLICY=y in the hostapd/defconfig.

The support was introduced in the following commit, which also links a
