FYI it was indeed related to Glibc's fts(3) but it also needed a modification in fpart itself, which has now been committed, see: https://github.com/martymac/fpart/commit/60709098525445ebaa7f0149987a11804fdaeaa5 That change will be integrated in next package updates.
