Good to know that your system is now fixed. I have no idea what broke your system. You are the first one to report such a problem. We can either close this bug, or continue to investigate. If you want to do the latter, I would first like to see the full dpkg.log and term.log (and not just the result of “grep openblas” applied on those). Please let me know what you want to do.
