I _think_ this would expected with 22.3.0-1 and python 3.10, since that package was built only for python 3.9.
Can you reproduce this with 22.3.0-1+b1 now the python 3.10 binNMUs have (mostly) happened? I can certainly import `zmq` in python3.10 without immediate errors.
