This most likely is limited to testing, as I cannot reproduce the autopkgtest failure in clean sid chroot. Most likely some dependency in unstable pulls python3-scipy in. It would make sense to add explicit autopkgtest dependency on python3-scipy, though. Thanks, Andrius
