Apparently, webkitgtk is the most up-to-date and secure web engine in Debian right now since both firefox-esr and chromium are lagging behind with security vulnerabilities.
So I renew my request to please update epiphany-browser to the latest 3.38.x version in bullseye-updates to fix some annoying bugs in syncing with Firefox.
