These messages have the headers:

Content-Type: text/plain; charset=iso-8859-1
Content-Disposition: inline
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit

This is the same headers present in previous messages sent with mutt 2.0.2-1.

I've reviewed the changes between 2.0.2 and 2.0.5 and there was nothing fixed related to character set handling or saving of messages. Do you have $record set, or have you left it empty? What is your value of $send_charset? Are you still having this problem?
