I confirmed that the current packaging can still be used for
libzip-1.8.0 when dropping the SOVERSION patch which does not apply
anymore. Well, maybe it's finally time to do the transition anyways.

Of course, the resulting build is not clean then, and further changes
could (most possibly should) be applied. But this just as a heads-up.
