Hey Lucas, I expect the the output from rt-test-dependencies in this case is a false lead. I believe this is actually caused by the update of OpenSSL to 3.0 causing one of the tests to fail. I filed a bug for this yesterday: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1013730 .
