It does. However, the situation of how to best start it is still
unclear, unfortunately; see #504044 for the discussion.

I’m totally wary of adding things until that’s solved, so the
situation isn’t complicated even more.

I’m open for suggestions how to deal with the issues listed while
keeping it working for all current use cases (ideally with patches,
I’m very much not in the habit of writing systemd init scripts).

Note that this is the “legacy or special-needs users only” package;
“normal” users, on modernish systems, would use the rng-tools5
package instead, so this is not pressing (I’d even wager a good
percentage of its users start it manually).
