Dear Maintainer,

Running `pipx completions` shows that pipx supports shell completions
for bash, zsh, fish, and tcsh. It would be nice if the first three were
installed in the system locations when `pipx` is installed.

The relevant locations are:
/usr/share/bash-completion/completions/
/usr/share/zsh/vendor-completions/
/usr/share/fish/vendor_completions.d/

Thanks for considering it!
