Hi, this new package has a dependency on golang-goprotobuf-dev, which installs the old API through golang-github-golang-protobuf-1-3-dev; however, other new packages depending on gnostic-models like k8s-client-go do depend on golang-github-golang-protobuf-1-5-dev, which is the new v2 API.
