Dear Maintainer,
In Ubuntu, the attached patch was applied to achieve the following:
* d/patches/define-xopen-bsd-source.patch: #define _XOPEN_SOURCE and
_BSD_SOURCE to get access to the declaration of strptime, strlcat and some
other symbols.
