Fwiw I've now stumbled over this for the same reason - the
Oracle-interfacing packages on apt.postgresql.org are now
uninstallable on Ubuntu 24.04 noble which has already picked up this
rename.

I tried to paper over the problem by making them depend on
"libaio1 | libaio1t64" but since the .so file was also renamed, this
doesn't work.

The installation instructions for Oracle on Linux have been "install
libaio1 and then run this giant installer" for the past few decades,
so this rename is going to confuse quite a few people if not reverted.
