Checked and uploaded. It has the same problems of organization than wims itself but otherwise the packaging looks sane. A detail: both wims-modules and wims-extra need the "wims" user to exist and this user is created in wims preinst. This means that you need to depend on wims itself... otherwise you can install wims-modules/wims-extra alone and they will fail to install. But doing so would create a dependency loop. Alternatively you can also simply check for the existence of the wims user before doing the chown... because installing wims will chown the whole directory including the files provided by wim-modules/wims-extra.
