Package: pure-ftpd-common
Version: 1.0.21-5
I did : apt-get install pure-ftpd-common pure-ftp-mysql
When I try to ftp to the server here's what I get :
(hindy:~) ftp toto
Connected to toto.nodoubt.com.
Can't exec "/usr/sbin/pure-ftpd": No such file or directory at
/usr/sbin/pure-ftpd-wrapper line 174.
In fact the file /usr/sbin/pure-ftpd doesn't exist.
The solution is :
ln -sf /usr/sbin/pure-ftpd-mysql /usr/sbin/pure-ftpd
I am using Debian Etch, kernel 2.6.17-2-486, and libc6 2.3.6.ds1-8
