Bug#400747: removing path 0019

Jochen,

Please get the 2.2.13-9 sources, and edit the debian/patches/00list file.
Comment (with a #) or delete the line for patch 0019,  and rebuild the
package with dpkg-buildpackage.
I recompiled the packages with this patch removed and now the update 
works again. Thanks
