Package: gossip Version: 1:0.29-1 Severity: important I just upgraded gossip. And now I can't connect to any of my jabber accounts.
All fields in "Accounts..." dialog are ok, reentring them doesn't help. No error message anywhere. BTW. I find Gossip very annoying about upgrades. Every time I upgrade Gossip, it claims that there are no accounts. Please check in future that etch->lenny migration path wouldn't trigger such bugs. -- System Information: Debian Release: lenny/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.26-rc3 (SMP w/2 CPU cores; PREEMPT) Locale: LANG=pl_PL.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=pl_PL.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) (ignored: LC_ALL set to pl_PL.UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages gossip depends on: ii gossip-common 1:0.29-1 friendly Jabber client for GNOME - ii libaspell15 0.60.5-2.2 GNU Aspell spell-checker runtime l ii libc6 2.7-11 GNU C Library: Shared libraries ii libdbus-1-3 1.2.1-2 simple interprocess messaging syst ii libdbus-glib-1-2 0.74-4 simple interprocess messaging syst ii libebook1.2-9 2.22.1.1-2 Client library for evolution addre ii libgconf2-4 2.22.0-1 GNOME configuration database syste ii libglade2-0 1:2.6.2-1 library to load .glade files at ru ii libglib2.0-0 2.16.3-2 The GLib library of C routines ii libgnome-keyring0 2.22.1-1 GNOME keyring services library ii libgnome2-0 2.20.1.1-1 The GNOME 2 library - runtime file ii libgnomeui-0 2.20.1.1-1 The GNOME 2 libraries (User Interf ii libgnomevfs2-0 1:2.22.0-2 GNOME Virtual File System (runtime ii libgtk2.0-0 2.12.9-4 The GTK+ graphical user interface ii libloudmouth1-0 1.3.4-1 Lightweight C Jabber library ii libnotify1 [libnotify1-gtk 0.4.4-3 sends desktop notifications to a n ii libpanel-applet2-0 2.20.3-4 library for GNOME Panel applets ii libpango1.0-0 1.20.2-2 Layout and rendering of internatio ii libx11-6 2:1.0.3-7 X11 client-side library ii libxml2 2.6.32.dfsg-2 GNOME XML library ii libxss1 1:1.1.3-1 X11 Screen Saver extension library Versions of packages gossip recommends: ii iso-codes 2.1-1 ISO language, territory, currency, -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
