2.63 won't be packaged, at least for unstable, until the next
version of Debian is released.  This is because packaging new
upstream versions for unstable complicates fixing bugs discovered
in testing (which becomes stable when the new version of Debian
is released).

If I get some free time, I might package 2.63 for experimental.
