Package: deluge
Version: 1.0.7.dfsg-1
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable

After installing this package I tried to start it (on KDE) through the menu.
Saw X trying to start it, but it failed and it didn't appear in the process list
Typed "deluge --version" in a Konsole window and got:
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/bin/deluge", line 5, in <module>
    from pkg_resources import load_entry_point
ImportError: No module named pkg_resources

"deluged --version" gave the same/similar response.

Workaround/fix:
Searched for a package with a similar sounding name and found
python-pkg-resources.
After installing the package, both "deluge --version" reported the
correct version and the GUI of it started succesfully.
