A big pile of patches from James Harvey has recently been committed upstream to add keyboard support to lots of puzzles. As of r8439 (today's), relative to the current Debian package (r7983), keyboard control has been added to the following: Black Box Filling Galaxies Map Mines Netslide Pattern Pegs Rectangles Sixteen Slant Solo Tents Twiddle Unequal
This covers all the puzzles specifically requested above. Thus, I think the only puzzles still without keyboard control are Bridges, Dominosa, Loopy, and Untangle. (I don't know if any more patches are on their way.)
