Please remove kernel-patch-debianlogo from unstable because it is only a transitional dummy package for linux-patch-debianlogo. Now that the transitional kernel-patch-debianlogo is part of a stable release, which means a proper upgrade path is in place, the package is not required in unstable anymore.
