frei0r is an unofficial debian package from debian-multimedia (and is the
first package upon which I based this one)
I think the best way we can handle this is to have in debian-multimedia
for testing and unstable some dummy packages to facilitate the upgrade.
This should be cleaner than a conflict with a non-official package.
