This means he is trying to send you a GPG encrypted message, not a E2E encrypted message. Ask him to choose the correct encryption -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Contact listmas...@lists.debian.org
