Bug#534175: squid 3.0.STABLE13-1 build failure on gcc4.4

Package: squid3
Version: 3.0.STABLE13-1

gcc 4.4 complains about strict-aliasing breakage. Currently causing 
issues of the package migration to Ubuntu.

Fixed by upstream patch:
