Package: tex-common Version: 1.20 Severity: normal tex-common provides two doc-base entries, one for debian-tex-policy and one for tex-on-debian. Both register into the Debian section in the docs.
debian-tex-policy explains how to organise other TeX packages for Debian, so of course Debian is the correct section for that. tex-on-debian, on the other hand, is intended for users who want to extend their TeX system locally. There is some TeX user documentation for other packages found in Section: Tex and some in Section: Text. I'd like to suggest that ordinary users may not think to check the Debian section for TeX user docs, and so I might suggest registering the tex-on-debian in either the Tex or Text section.
