I can't downgrade mdadm to 3.0 since it breaks my system by uninstalling udev, xserver-xorg, etc.

Same for me but I do not know how I can fix the problem and now my
computer do not work anymore. The problem disappeared when booting on
an older kernel (until it rebuilds the initramfs, now also broken)
