Firewall reconfigured, it should work now.

I'm discussing with Andrew Lee (ftp.tw) and CJ (ftp.th) about this.
Currently, Andrew could send trigger update from ftp.tw to mine. 

I'll update you about this later.

I'm not sure about actual bandwidth, but the server is connected to the
core switch at 1 Gbps, and from the core switch, KKU have 1 Gbps uplink
(+ 200 Mbps backup) to ISPs in Bangkok.
