Package: pymol Version: 1.2r2-1.1+b1 Severity: normal Hello,
while running clean all within my pymol session (I run it as pymol -x -W 1000 -H 900 -X 10 -Y 10), I get the following error: PyMOL>clean all Error: unable to import freemol.mengine module. This PyMOL build appears not to include full modeling capabilities. While I'm unsure what "clean all" should be doing, it seems that there are some things missing in the build.
