Are reverse dependencies a hinderance to removing the source package?
I thought that the binary packages stick around in the archive until
they are no longer referenced, then automatically removed.

I know that build-deps are a problem.  I don't know why I
had overlooked that.

I checked out the current state and there are presently 7
packages with build-deps on Boost 1.42.  I've filed a bug
for each of the following source packages:

anytun
bastet
cclive
dans-gdal-scripts
encfs
fracplanet
guitarix
