what do you think about adding reportbug templates (or script or whatever is the correct term) for changing overrides to the ftp.debian.org pseudopackage? Something like it is available for the different package removal reasons. The subject line could therefore be generated automatically from the package/section/priority list and reportbug could stop warning about the "long subject line".
