So we need to add PARISC to the list of shared+pic architectures in line 615 of the upstream configure script.

Architecture: hppa (parisc64)

Will $host_cpu be "hppa" or "parisc64"? The configure script is currently only looking for "parisc|parisc64".

BTW, there is a hack in debian/confflags that does the same for mips[el] that should also get included upstream and another one for ia64 that is already included and should thus get dropped.
